Hiya

I only know basic CSS (Text formatting) and am trying to learn more about page layouts and doing entire sites in css. I noticed on one site I am remaking that their existing css has separate sheets for mac IE & PC IE as well as mac NetScape and PC NetScape. Why is this? The only noticable difference is the colours used. how should I differ each sheet to fit in with the different user platforms? Is it just the color and if so how do the different platforms display colour differently?
