Arrow Table Through CSS

hello,
is it possible to make a table with the help of css.what i mean to say is that when a class ,say,'text1' is used for a text then the text should be enclosed in a table.my aim is to enclose the text within a table by using css class.is it possible?can anybody help.

CSS2 and CSS2.1 enable one to add table display properties to arbitrary elements. However, cross-browser support for this is yet limited.

If you actually intened to create a table element around an element based on the child element's class, you should look into using XSLT.
