css validator

when I run my external css file through the w3c validator it says it is valid css, but in dreamweaver mx the html link to the css file has a red squiggly line under it and says there are 4 errors detected in it in netscape navigator. Why is this? What errors should I look for>
?

I'd trust the W3C over Dreamweaver any day.

Exclamation

W3C is, for me, the ONLY association (or anything else like that) that can say that a (X)HTML or a CSS is valid or not. who cares about Dreamweaver? that's just an editor!!! trust the ones who work specifically in that WITHOUT wanting you to pay.not the ones who just want to make money (you bought dreamweaver...i guess...).

(forgive my english)
