Question CSS Border problem in FireFox

I have a problem with CSS borders.
Look at the page
http://www.dwebcity.com

This website works best in IE. But when i open this website in firefox the borders of All the divs make it bad to view.
Can anyone tell me why this variation is?? and how to fix it.
