www.tutorialized.com has a nice collection.

or buy a book. a good one is SAMS Teach Yourself CSS in 10 minutes for about £5 from amazon. gives you a good basics and ideal for beginners.

Note that it takes an hour to learn css and a lifetime to master it. When you've learned the basics, you'll want to move about some design sites/blogs and learn a whole lot more. Here's some suggestions that you may want to bookmark for later:
