Hello,

I'm sure this is out there somewhere i've tried everything i know then some but haven't found a solution. I need a div to expand to fill the page. I have it working in firefox and ie 6 but ie7 is not expanding the div vertically. I have the doctype on there (xhtml strict) in css i have ie6 hacks for the correct display height: 100% and min-height: 100%; I am stuck now. if someone has some suggestions css only please i would be greatful.

I'm no CSS expert, so this will be the extent of my ability to suggest things. I did a little searching and found some things that might be what you are looking for. Anyways, I really hope this helps you.

thanks, i've spent the last day or two trying everything under the sun, so unless i just have a odd ball ie7 it is another "broken" browser. thanks though. I am just going to live with it since not that many people using this site use it...
