lightbox alignment

I have put lightbox on my site unaltered. The image container and image data container are about 1pixel misaligned. However when I take away margin:0 auto from my container div that centers the whole page it is aligned perfectly but obviously my site is on the left.
Any ideas????? No absolute positioning is used in my sites css apart from that which is in the lightbox css
