960 grid help

Hello,

I am trying to learn the 960.ws grid system

I am having a problem with the graphics not connecting to one another.

I have my header & logo at the top, then I have another grid_12 under it with a background image for my menu links. There is a blank line between the header and the menu image, which I want to be attached.

Any ideas of how to fix this?
