Reverse the PASSWORD() function in MySQL

Hello,

I am building a site and in the administrator area, I would like to reverse the PASSWORD() function to view users passwords. I am using MySQL and inserting the data with PHP.

If anyone knows how to do this, I would really appreciate the help! Thanks to everyone.
