oracle db problems

helllo,
i've installed Oracle Database 10g Express Edition and Oracle Database 10g R2 for windows 7 (64bit).
At the first i log in with username "HR", i can create a procedure but i dont know how to call it.

after installation of 10g R2 was created this link : http://denisa-pc:5560/isqlplus/ , but i cant log in with the password i provided during installation.
i need to create a hospital database and access it through the browser using php.
Where to start???? im so confused. Can anybody help me pls ??
