Angry DnD Problem with JDL 1.4.2

Hi guys !

I have a desktop application with DnD and I have got a problem using JDK 1.4.2. Marking an item in the list for dragging and moving the mouse (for drop) looks like a ıNo-Dropı cursor as if droping is not allowed. That is odd, cause the list has drag and drop functionality. With JDK 1.4.1 it works. If I left the list by pressed mouse and afterward come back, the cursor is okay. But only then. Knows anyone something about this?

Thanks and best regards,
Gabriele.

You might want to check the Sun bug database. It looks like there are several bugs related to DnD, depending on your platform. Linux seems to have things the worst. I was specifically looking at bug id 4874092 (http://developer.java.sun.com/develo...s/4874092.html) but there may be others. You will have to register with developer.sun.com to be able to access the bug datbase.

Hello,

thanks for your reply. I will study the bug database and hope that there is not a supplementary DnD bug ;-).
