hi, there are a number of ways,, i'd sooner use flash to help stop people d/l ur music without paying, but there are simple methods with just plain html.

If you're new to flash, then due to the security issues, you may not want to build your own player completely from scratch. You may want to check out wimpy player - I've heard nothing but good things about it.
