I'm working on a website in flash, and what i would like to know is how can you make the mouse roller or wheel move the page up and down instead of dragging the side bar? I hope you guys understand what im trying to do, fo instance if you click on this page with your mouse you can move this page up and down with your mouse wheel without having to touch the side blue bar, i know im a noob, please help i will appreciate your help, thanx.
