HELP: Drag, Rotate and Drop

I have a code for Drag and Drop. I can drag an object or text and drop it somewhere the area, in flash. I'm making a flash that requires your text or text converted to miniclip to drag, rotate it and drop it inside an idea wheel... this is just an illustration of what I'm asking...
