Heya guys,

Ok, so i'm doing a multimedia degree at uni, and I found out a passed the 2nd year today and i'm going into my third and final year in october.

As part of that year we have to make a major project.

At the moment I have a vague idea of making some sort of community website where people would login and access information.

However, at the moment my knowledge of flash is limited as i've never done anything to do with php/xml/database in flash or outside flash.

So I was wondering if someone could recommend any useful books as I need to start researching over the summer so it makes my life easier when i go back in october.

have a look at the O'Reilly website, they have plenty of great books, such as Basic/Advanced Actionscript 2.0, xml and flash, ...

i used em myself, and i think they're just perfect for people who start working with flash, but who allready know something about programming.

Thanks man, appreicate the speed the reply, will definately have a look into them.

I'll open up the range to websites as well.

The more sources/suggestions i get the better really!
