i truly recommend Sothink SWF Quicker, the easy-to-use Flash Maker, but it's the only one i know.

The interface is a very similar to Flash 8, but you'll learn it very quick, especially for beginners just like me.

I took it to create my little games, Flash video (that is my favorite, GOOD quality), slide show, albums...... eye-catching effects!

Sothink SWF Quicker is absolutely the best one. You can test it by yourself. It won't take you much time. It's really easy to follow.
