Flash Countdown Script

I have what seems to be a simple scripting question, yet nowhere I look online can I find a simple solution.

I want to create a countdown script in flash that will display a running countdown in DAYS:HOURS:MINUTES:SECONDS left until a specified date.

Does anybody know how to do this?

I appreciate the help!
