I'd like to buy a template from TemplateMonster & wondering whether that's possible to generate it's Flash menu from a database.

After some researches,I've found out that I need to learn quite a lot about Flash/ActionScript etc...

this is not a tutorial, but the example shows you how to create a menu, using the built in menu controller.
to get the contents out of your database, i recommend you to take a look at LoadVars
