Well, I did the fscommand thing and it works. I can load mspaint and stuff but I cant load my games. Im trying to creat an easy alternate desktop (my desktop is very cluttered and i just don't like the desktop interface) With the games i get update problems and stuff. Is there an alternate link to my program files available. thanks

Hi, I've made a program to replace my desktop. It's a .exe file and via fscommand > batch files i can open my files and programs, however some programs seem to have problems. eg. a certain game which involves an update before you play doesn't work via batch but then other games do. I think it is a problem with the batch file or the game itself. Anyone got some idea's. At the moment i use he folowing script in my batch file:
start win c:\\program files\blablabla.exe

I tried launching the games I currently have installed on my pc through a batch script, and it all works fine. What game are you talking about?

Are you sure you're calling the correct exe? Maybe you need to call the exe that updates the game?
