Is it hard to make a homepage in flash?

Hello! I have a domain, and my design isnt... Anything, its just some... White fonts, and i wonder if its hard to make a webpage in flash? Im not good at drawing (i have a syndrome aswell, so my motoric or what its called is bad). And i have tried the Flash programs from Adobe and so, and it feels like you have to draw lots... Take an example: Showtek - worlddomination in the harder dancescene

That page is made in flash, is it like 1000hours of training to make this? Is ActionScript as hard as all other languages?

It is not hard but it is very stupid.

Flash in not indexed very well by the bots, you will get no organic search traffic. Unless you have a massive advertising budget forget it.

The site you linked to is actually all done HTML and CSS! The only bit of Flash is the Showtek logo in the top right. As ruteckycs says, it's probably better to build most commercial sites this way and insert Flash elements within this basic framework.
