overlap 2 swf's

Hi there..

I got 2 swf file that overlap eachother.. But there is a problem with the
swf on the bottom, any button that are "overlapped" are not working.
There is nog button above,, just "blank space" from the overlapping swf
that is set to "wmode: transparant".

Is there a way to manage this working?..
