Dear friends ....

This is my first post in the Forums ,

I want to create a dynamic "Report" reading it from XML file ....
e.g.

First Name : Mohammad.
Last Name : Abuzaid.
Birthday : 21/09/1984.

How to write output in this format ... ???

You have to use textfields to do so.

Google around for "dynamic textfield creation actionscript", and you'll find a lot of helpful sites.
