Where to find?

Hi I'm new to this ...I'm starting to make a new web page for my site and I want to use flash opening page please help me find the tools in which I can make flash pages

If you have the latest version of PHP the you probably have MING enabled.

There are a couple of programs that allow you to edit/create flash apps:

Adobe Flash
Sothink SWF
...

Google around a bit, you'll find plenty more results

adobe flash, sothink SWF both are very useful tools for flash maker.
you can go to their official website to download free trial.
