I read on many forums and blogs that Google does not like the sites which use Flash.Because it is very difficult for Google to crawl this.The reason which people tell about this is that It takes too much time to load pages which use Flash in their pages.Is that right or just the Propaganda?

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

I don't know if it's because of speed that they don't crawl your site, or because flash is encrypted, and not that easy to interpret once decrypted.

It is true that flash sites tend to have a lower ranking in google than text sites (it all depends on how important your site is of course).
If you have flash content on your website, make sure you provide enough static (text) information outside the flash app, so google has a notice of what your site is about
