I am a part time web designer currently off work from my regular 9 to 5 job. (You'll seeme around here now that I have some time)So I designed this site/template. A site that I saw inspired the idea originally but it has gone through major changes (graphical, layout and color wise) so there are no problems with copyright laws. I am willing to sell the site to anyone interested. It has a cool high tech theme and the graphics have been totally optimized so that the site loads super fast. About 10 seconds or so at 56K. It also includes a nice animated drop down menu. I would be willing to customize if you choose option #3 below. I know many of you here can create awesome sites yourself but sometimes a template is a nice way to get around doing all the work yourself! Start with something that is more then half way done for you! Include resell rights. You can sell this or whatever to whom ever you like.
