Need Programmers, and Designers. Freelance Jobs.

Hello Programmers.

I recently created a new Freelance website - www.SearchLancer.com
So far its going good, we have the lowest fees on internet, its 0% for freelancers, and 3% for buyers. We have over 70 programmers, and over 20 buyers. No signup fees, no monthly fees.
We need all KINDS of programmers, .. PHP, C++, VB, anything and everything you can offer. Webmasters keep on posting new projects everyday.

We soon will partner with a big company, which will provide a lot of projects. ($200-$10000).

I am also open to any ideas, or suggestion you might have.

If any of you specializing in marketing, .. (banner placement, email lists, flyers?)

We need some help getting a word out to clients.
