Overview
I am selling a Lottery/Raffle script which took me about 4 months to code and perfect in PHP. This script allows anyone to create a raffle/lottery, assign how much money a ticket costs, what percentage of users win, the duration, and much more.
The script also lets the admin choose what percentage of the pot will be available to be won. For example, if the admin chooses 90% and 10 people enter (paying $1), then the winning amount is $9. The 10% ($1) the admin gets to keep as a profit. This profit is recorded in the admin profit page, so the admin can easily withdraw it. (When the admin withdraws the $, he then can reset the counter)
The profit potential is huge. I recommend you give away 90% of the pot to the winners and thus keep 10% yourself. Imagine if you have a lottery that just 1000 people enter (and pay $2 per ticket), you’ll make $200! Keep in mind, that the site can run as many lotteries as you want, at the same time.
This lottery script is very unique. Users will enjoy your site because of the referral system. People will make 5% of what their friends win for life. This will allow the site to grow as people post their referral links all over the net. A percentage of the people who enter win NOT just 1 or 2 people (you will determine the %, we recommend 10%). Thus you will plenty of happy site members spreading the word of your website.

It can easily be edited in Dreamweaver, FrontPage, Notepad, etc. to your liking. The script is coded so that any template could be easily applied to it. (Most of the content is in tables.) The script comes with a setup.php file, all you have to do is navigate to it and the script will install.

-If a suspended user attempts to create an account that new account will be deleted and his suspension (on his original account) will be extended. The admin will be able to see the details of the fake account on the “Fictitious registrations” page.
-Paypal parser allows admin to credit users’ accounts when they deposit money in order to buy tickets.
-Manually credit users’ accounts with money by entering either their paypal or username, and the designated amount.
-Profits page displays the profits the site makes off each lottery. You can reset this counter with a click of a button when you withdraw the profits from the paypal account.
-Easily archive finished lotteries to conserve space in the database.
-Manually credit a ticket purchase to a users account.
-Find users with the same IP in the database, in order to prevent fraud.
-Display full user information including number of referrals, date of registration, last login, number of suspensions, and much more.
-Find out if a user is currently active on the site.
-Display list of winners who need to be paid, once the admin pays a user, the winners name is deleted from the list.
-Display how much money in the admin's paypal account, is due to individual user account deposits.
Security Features
-Passwords requests can only be made once every 10 minutes (this number is editable).
-Users must pass image verification in order to login, request password, signup, and submit a ticket. This prevents flooding and thus conserves time and bandwidth.
-Script has been fully tested and secured against SQL injection. Every user inputted value is thoroughly filtered before anything is done with it.
-Site cookie fully encrypted.
Script Requirements/Misc/Terms of Use:
The script requires:
-A server that supports PHP.
-MySQL Server.
-About 5 megabytes of space.

Note: I use the words raffle and lottery synonymously.
Also in order to download paypal log:
-log into paypal (Business account required)
-go to History
-under reporting tools, click “Download My History”
-click “Customize Download Field”
-make sure to ONLY check “Item ID” under PayPal Website Payments and “Note” under Other Fields
-click save
-then you’ll be taken back to the Download My History page
-check “Last Download to Present”
-in “File Types for Download” select “Comma Delimited-Completed Payments”
-then click “Download History”
-make sure to ONLY use this account for website payments.
-Then open the .CSV file with notepad, make sure to delete the top line that displays the categories. Then copy/paste that into the Paypal parser.
All entries will be in this format:
Date, Time, Time Zone, Name, Type, Status, Gross, Fee, Net, Note, From Email Address, To Email Address, Transaction ID, Item ID, Reference Txn ID, Receipt ID,
(don’t forget to delete the top line in the .CSV file)
The script uses these fields: Net, Note, From Email (in case you want to test out the parser)
If a user pays with a credit card through paypal, tell your users to enter the email address they signed up on the website, in the Note field. The Paypal parser checks the Note field for an email address before it looks at the From Email field.
The reason for this is that if a user pays with a credit card through paypal (this option does not require a paypal account) the “From Email” field (that the parser checks) will be empty.
