Are there any contracts?
Not on monthly or quarterly signups. Please note, however, if you sign up for our semi-annual or annual discounts, the remander of your signup will be in effect until the end of your term.
Are there any setup fees?
At this time we offer FREE setup on game servers.
Do you charge to setup addons?
No. AdminMod, AMX, HLGuard, ChickenMod, and Metamod are all free
installs.
How soon will I get my server after I sign up?
All gameservers are setup within 4-6 hours or less.
How soon will my hosting account be setup?
All hosting accounts are setup with the game servers, so you will be able to access both when you receive your welcome email.
Do I get RCON to manage my server?
Yes. Along with FTP access for uploading and managing maps etc. (2GB of space for each server)
What are my payment options?
You can pay with Paypal, Debit Card, Visa, Master Card, Discover, AMEX and cashiers check.
Where are your servers located?
All servers are currently located in the Central United States. Future expansion is planned.
