Are there any contracts?
Not on monthly orders. Please note, however, if you sign up for our quarterly, semi-annual or annual discounts, the remander of your signup will be in effect until the end of your term.
Are there any setup fees?
At this time we offer FREE setup on all game servers.
Do you charge to setup addons/plugins?
No. AdminMod and Statesme are standard installs. All compatible mods can be installed by one of our skilled technicians.
How soon will I get my server after I sign up?
All gameservers are setup within 24 hours Monday-Friday, 72 hours on weekends
How soon will my hosting account be setup?
All hosting accounts are setup with the game servers, so you will be able to access both when you receive your welcome email.
Do I get RCON to manage my server?
Yes. Along with full FTP and SSH access for uploading and managing maps etc. (2GB of space for each server)
What are my payment options?
You can pay with Paypal (Debit Card, Visa, Master Card, Discover, AMEX and eCheck) as well as money order or straight Credit Cards. Please contact us if you would like to pay via money order.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Absolutely. If you are not pleased with your server, you can request a full refund within 30 days. Does not include setup fees. Those are free anyway
Where are your servers located?
All servers are currently located in TX. Future expansion in 2004 is planned.
