Download system with user permissions?

Hi,

I'm looking for a download system where user must login to access files. The thing is, i have several clients who want to see track records. Is it possible to make ceirtan downloads available for one user only?

Like user A can only see files 1, 2 and 3
User B can only see files 4, 5 and 6
User C can only see files 7, 8 and 9

Is there a script available like this?
