I received an email saying that someone reported my listing,

This is what they said the problem is:

LISTING ID: xxxxx
LISTING TITLE: {{LISTING_TITLE}}
REPORTED REASON: Other

This tells me nothing. Also the email said:

"Please take this opportunity to log into HotScripts.com and verify that your resource conforms to our listing guidelines, available in the Knowledge Base of our help desk at http://www.HotScripts.com/helpdesk/."

I have looked all through the KB and couldn't find anything as a matter of fact I cant find Listing Guidelines anywhare at hotscripts.

I put in a support ticket but from the sound of some of these posts it will probably go unanswered, also it said it could see the ticket tracked....Where?

Hello there, the best way to contact the HS team is to you open a support ticket. Just explain what the problem is and please mention that somebody reported your listing....http://www.hotscripts.com/helpdesk/i...hp?x=&mod_id=4 I will try to contact somebody to help you.

I still havent heard from anyone and according to thier email my listing will be removed tomorrow. How am I supposed to correct the problem if I dont know what it is and they wont tell me?

Sorry, My daughter opened the email so it was marked as read and I didn't see it. Got it yesterday (about 24 hours ago)
