I'd have to agree with the majority here.
In fact, I just signed up purely to be able to post this message to share my bad experience with this company and hopefully save someone else the wasted money, but chances are it's probably too late if you're reading this.
I also purchased Mailing List Manager Pro, and couldn't get the software to run which is fair enough, perhaps I'm doing something wrong, so of course I contacted support.
I sent several emails to them, to different email addresses to get support and didn't get ONE non-automated reply. This was months ago. I even tried their Windows Live Messenger (MSN Messenger) contacts with no contact what so ever.
I would STRONGLY recommend against purchasing ANYTHING through this company as their customer support is non-existant, and clearly I'm not the only one to receive this lack of support.
I consider myself very reasonable, but this company doesn't care at all about its customers and once it has your money, they couldn't care less, and there is NO excuse for that.
No matter how good the marketing BS is on their website, seriously, save your time and find another company to deal with.
