I purchased the Mailing-Manager Pro - Gold for $199 on December 17, 2009.
The software was easily installed

, but the Campaign Manager didn't work

. Email are stuck in the outbox. The software, if it would work, would seem to be awesome.
After not being able to resolve the problem on my own, I immediately emailed
Support@mailing-manager.com and the next day John Hudson, emailed me back. Additionally, I called their toll free line and the phone was disconnected.
When John replied, he asked for the same information that was already in my email. Login info etc.
So after weeks of trying to get the software to work correctly, I asked for a refund since they offer a "100% No-questions-asked money back guarantee".
Then after getting no results, I filed a dispute with Paypal. Paypal denied my claim. Then I went to the distributor, Digital River. They filed a request with Shedix (the company who owns Mailing Manager Pro). My request has been denied 2 times. I have escalated the request again and will keep continuing to, until one of two things happens. Either one, the software is fixed, or two, I receive a refund of my $199.
So, If you're thinking about buying this software, you might reconsider! I would stay away in a heartbeat!
If you're name is John Hudson, please either fix the issue with the software on my server, or refund my money!
Again, let me say, if the software actually worked, I think it would be great.
If you have experience with Mailing Manager Pro - Gold and know why emails would be sticking in the Campaign Manager's OutBox, please feel free to let me know any advice you might have.
I have installed it on 3 different Linux servers, and on windows server and none of them work.
I believe I was lied to, and it is a fraudulent state for a company to say they have a NO Questions Asked Full 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and then deny a proper request multiple times with no answer as to why it is being denied.
