i m just a teacher without work and i have many friend teacher like me without work
so i'm thinking about make website to work with my friends online using skype

i make that example and i stop in this point because

1-i want visitor cant call teachers he must login as user and have credit

2- i need system registration and login system
(i know ther is many imple system script registration and login but i dont know how make them work in my example websit)

3- i need system admin only can add teachers profile

4- i need system when user take lesson he lose credit automatically from his account

5- i need system when teachers give lesson to user system add credit automatically to his account

6- system of payment and Reception money

so is that possible or iam just dreaming

i upload project file and the test file maby someone here can fix that
