Need download Manager script
hello guys.
I am about built my new webpage for downloading programs, all what I need is a download Manager .with this discription:
1- only register name can download
2- I may add and remove programs easly.
3- good looking , or , easy to change design
..
wish i can found this one here !!

I wish in Arabic languege .. but not problem if its in english

Actually I meant which programming language PHP, Perl etc...
