I'm looking for some sort of comprehensive listing of the most popular/highest rated open source scripts across multiple programming languages and multiple categories. Most rating lists that I've seen (including Hotscripts.com) rate only the top ten, and sorted according to programming language. I'd like to see CATEGORIES of scripts (such as blogs, CMS, discussion boards, etc.) that list the top rated scripts for that category. For example, it should look something like this:

1. [Script Name] [Language] [Rating]
2. [Script Name] [Language] [Rating]
3. [Script Name] [Language] [Rating]
Anyone know of such a resource? Or is this the type of thing that could be implemented in Hotscripts 2k4?
