You have to supply your own avatar (upload one or host it on another site).
Click "Edit Avatar" at the top right.

Thank you Drew, your postings are very helpfull. But, I dread, I cannot upload an avatar before I posting anything 25 times. So I have to work now, hehe.
That sucks. but remember that the image has to be 75x75 so when you do upload one it has to be the right size or else it wont let you upload or add a avatar.
