I wonder if you can help me please.

I enrolled in your referral program, and have gained referral points under User Id #3168, for CodeHouse.com

What I'm puzzled about is that, according to your documentation, the referral program officially started on September 1, 2003.

It is already the 16th, and I am puzzled by how to use these referral points.

I have already tried e-mailing you about this and have not yet received a response.

Please help me to understand how to use your referral point system.

We will be sending you an e-mail regarding this within the next week or so.

We are automatically crediting your scripts with the points earned from the referral program.

Instead of making you divide your points up between all of your listings (in the event you have more than one), we are crediting each listing you have with us with the total points from the referral program.

Also, we just today fixed the # of points you have ... when we changed database design, we didn't import everything right, but we just reimported and fixed it all.

So, when you log in now, you should see how many points you have earned. Divide that number by the number of days since September 1 and that is how many points are added to each of your scripts.

You will notice a change in your listing order beginning tomorrow due to our fixing the data today.
