Smile Quiz Results
I'm looking for a simple php quiz script that can give a rated scored result based on traffic lights

So over 60% equals a green light and an explaination of why a green light was given.

over 40% equals an amber light and explanation.

under 40 % the score is red and failed.

Make sense?
Seems standard but searching hasn't got me any closer

ended up creating a custom job for this
