As a client comes and post a review and there is no need for him to follow it up every day in Hot scripts whether its deleted or not but the publisher to promote is site he can always say that review was not posted by the client how is hot script going to safe guard the real reviews ?
2. Who is client - For Example in a Auto Portal there are several people who are signing in and registering in and they are indirect clients as they are the people who really faces the bugs but according to the publisher they are not their direct client because he did not sell that Auto Portal Package to them- How is Hot scripts going to solve it out ?
Reviews are reviews whether its posted by the client or the person who sees the demo version and finds faults in the portal and gives review - How can Hot Script remove the reviews if the Publisher says that he is not a client as no publisher wants to have negative or poor reviews.
The publisher can post 100's of excellent reviews using different email ids as Hot Scripts doesnt have any restriction for the same - This will ultimately effect the prospective buyer with a wrong review.
Hope you will look into the same as I feel Hot Scripts must not encourage Publishers just to promote their portal with Excellent reviews.
