Vote excellent, get poor. Rating system problem.

Hello,

Over the last week, I voted for a few items and noticed that when I vote an excellent for an item, the user gets poor.

Any idea what is going on. Should I vote poor for the scripts I think are excellent.

Thanks!

Do you happen to remember what listings you were voting on?

Sorry, I do not remember the listings, but I do remember this being an issue for many weeks.

I did vote today on a listing that I thought was excellent and it now has a rating of poor.

The listing is http://www.hotscripts.com/Detailed/39867.html

I always vote for applications that I try and I rarely give a poor rating. I think that I have now given many a poor (actually, excellent but the system gave poor) rating over the last month (and this month).

Test it for yourself and you'll see what I mean.

Thanks for taking the time to respond and keep up the good work!

Can you PM me your IP address? Or atleast the first 3 octects (ie something like 24.25.26.xxx). I would like to check our votes database. I have not seen a problem on the listings I did a test vote for, so I would like to check out your votes.

Others having problem?

I sent you my ip address. I think my internet provider changes my ip address, so I am not sure if this is the same one I used today or a new one.

Have others had this problem?

Thanks!

I have to confirm that error ...
my users told me that each rating either is counting backward or doesn't touch the rating factor in any way.
