Bug in Top Rated or Listing details

Location: Top Rated or Listing details
Description: My listing Imager Resizer (http://www.hotscripts.com/Detailed/36332.html) has an average score of 4.73 when I look in the details but when I look in the Top Rated section it isn't listed there even though there are four listings with a lower average.

Hello,

This is not really a bug. The top rated listing not only compares your score, but also the number of votes. Yours so far has only 89 votes.

There are two listings, one for rating and one for votes. Are you telling me that my number of votes counts even in the ratings list? Right now there are three listings in the Top 10 Rating with 12, 13 and 15 votes so that doesn't seem right to your logic then. The only way the number of votes should count in the Top 10 Ratings list should be for the average right?

Just thought I would add this into this since it seems to be the same.

In the toplist for ASP scripts there is currently one called "Billing Time" in third place with 4.90 score. If you click on it however it displays a score of 4.50, which is far from the rating needed for being in the toplist. Here is a direct link to the listning:

Any news on this problem?
