So I Followed A Tutorial And Done This For A Friend:

First Site Layout

My Question Is How Do I Code It? So I Can Add Text To The Navigation Etc?
At The Moment It's Just A JPEG Picture. Any Help Would Be Appreciated!

if it's still one block image, you can use fireworks or photoshop to slice your image, so your page not to heavy. then you can export it to html, and you can give some code to your html page with any web developer software. I use dreamweaver to develop my web page. you can use so many feature in dreamweaver to optimize your web page. even you don't need to write any code to your page, dreamweaver will do it for you. But it's much better if you understand about html,css,java, etc.

Ok I Sliced The Template, I Downloaded Dreamweaver, But I Have NO Idea Of How To Add TEXT To The "Main Context" Are Or The "Navigation"? Can You Help Me Please? Thanks.

have you any idea, about what your web page should be ? what kind of content you want to put on your webpage, navigation area or main context ?
you can use table or CSS to add some text in your web page. with table or css your text will look more tidy. maybe you need to change your image as background image.
