Question urgent help needed

Hello, i've been tasked to re-design my company website that consists of over 1600 pages... there are at a minimum 300 webpages that must have the exact idential header and link structure...

What is the best way to approach this?? Build it using coldfusion? If a change needs to be made, I would need to only make the change on one page and it would need to update on ALL of the other pages.. The reason I said coldfusion is because I can simply create templates to include in the pages and when I make a change in the template, it would change everywhere.. I am trying to eliminate the need to have to go into each and every single page to make a change everytime the info is updated... PLEASE HELP!!!!

elda,

Coldfusion or any other dynamic backend language is the right solution. Your suggestion is definitely the way to do it but as far as I remember, there is a way somewhere, where you can have the webserver prepend and append files to any web page output.

But it might not be easy as putting it above and below a page and hence using a templatable system is the way.

Couldn't you even use php and use includes for your header, navie, etc...
