Unhappy Gif Pain

Hey guys
My hair is on fire, I need help! I recently opened an online comic website but have been struggling to get my comics [in gif format] online. I have no problem with text. on my local computer the design and everything looks great but once i upload it to the server i only see those ugly frames with x on them. what am i doing wrong? I use, both microsoft frontpage and Adobe golive to do my editing and the upload with either filezilla, BladeFTP or WS ftp. I,m going nuts here. I can seem to figure out what the heck is wrong. Could someone out there with a knowledge of gif or jpeg formats come to my help. I'll appreciate it.

Using Frontpage, there's a problem right off the bat.

Seriously, 99.999999999% of the time this is nothing more than an error in the path to the image. Check what the path is and correct it. And stop using FrontPage.

Last night i uninstalled Front page and checked the paths and it worked. So far things are looking good. Thanks a thousand times for that tip. You can check my site @ hoodcomics.com. I owe that site to you pal. Once again thanks.
