Unhappy file upload in form under frontpage extension

Hi,

Here is my problem and I hope someone will be able to help me with it. I'm developing a form using frontpage. Within the form, I would like to place a file upload option so that visitors can upload files. Anyway, my website host does not support "SharePoint extensions." He suggested that I can either use perl or php scripts but yet he said that uploading php files are not recommended for frontpage.

Any Suggestions?
