Question help please

Hello,

I am attempting to create an html page, as the designer I hired has not spoken for about 2 weeks. I'm basically guessing they are taking the money and running. So, I'm going it alone.

Below is the web address to the page I am trying to create.
http://www.strat-e-gics.com/main.html

I would like the ride side bar to extend the full length of the page, and align evenly with the top bar.

The second problem I am having is I would like the bottom portion to have 2 colums, the one on the right should contain the read more areas/content area's width a border to the left side.

Also, if anybody could help me with a good office graphic that would look good to replace the grey shaded area, I would appreciate it

Question correction

Played a bit and got some of it working, but I'm giving up for the day. No more luck.

Page needs the right side bar to extend the full page width, and the ride side of the content, (where there wording), needs to be the width of the navigation bars at the top.

Thanks.
