I have a website that i am currently playing around with.

I have a toolbar that i want visiters to download.

I would like for a visitor to visit the website for there system to be checked and if it is found that the toolbar is not on the system then they would be directed to a page to download and install the toolbar and when finished would go back to the url they started with.



I have very little experiance in programming and am wondering any possible solution to my problems.



Has anyone any good ideas on how i would go about achieving this?

I don't have any experience with this issue too! But I believe that you need some programing to solve this. And HTML only cannot help with this as far as I know.
