Question Contact Form - with hidden type-in function

Hi

I m about to create a funny love test
and i wanted to use a contactform html for that game

Your Name:
Gender:
Zodiac Sign:
Fav. Colors:
Fav. Rooms for making Love:

Name of your Crush:

QUESTION: how can i make the space for typin in your crush hidden
so that it looks like that ******* when you type your crush in?

Add type="password" to the <input> field.

Thank you very much but its not working that way..
it looks like it does but i receive a blank box when i type a name of a crush in the "Name of your Crush" box...

do you have another idea to fix the problem ?

You receive a blank box where ? i.e. which box is not getting populated ?
