Where can i get a Website Antivirus?

I don't know where to post this, but this section is pretty active, so i hope i will find some help here.
So, i have my website up for only a few days and i managed to get infected with two viruses already (downloaded and checked the website's files).
I wanted to know what is the best Website Antivirus out there and how to protect myself in the future, because my AVG Antivirus could't fix the files that i downloaded from my server that were infected, so it just deleted them and i lost important data that i can't retrieve.
Please help!

Are you running your own server or on shared hosting?

Contact your hosting company - they may need to do some cleaning up.

What is your web site running? Is it just HTML or does it have a blog?

Make sure your PC is protected with good anti-virus software. I like SystemSuite, and AntiMalwareBytes.

I already talked with the Host company, nothing there, they are a very big and professional company with good security.

I have a classifieds board on my website but the site is still under construction and no one is posting anything.

Is there like a good professional website antivirus that i can use?
I got AVG on my computer but i need a good one that i can update and have it monitor the website's files.
Is there something like that? or even a website's antispyware?

The problem is, you wont be able to install any software into your server if isn't owned by yourself, ask your hosting company to check your section of the web server,
